Questions for you:

What is your weekly Food for the… Mind, Belly, Eyes, and Soul?

What are you thoughts on some of these articles? Some are just for fun, but a lot this week are kind of deep. They left me with a lot to think about, both good and bad.

What are your plans for the weekend?

  1. 1) Chocolate Almond Microvwave Cake sounds AMAZING! Yum yum. 2) I noticed the Gosselin twins all grown up link – you HAVE to Google their interview on the Today Show from yesterday (if you haven’t already seen it!) SO AWKWARD!! 3) Enjoyed the ‘Comparison is the Thief of Joy’ post 🙂 4) Not sure of my plans for the weekend besides lunch with some family tomorrow afternoon. I really want to go see a movie too (Dallas Buyers Club, Saving Mr. Banks, American Hustle); I feel like there are so many great movies out right now!!

    • 1. Yes, Sarah is a genius. 2. I watched that interview and I couldn’t believe how they acted! I honestly felt sorry for Kate. I couldn’t even finish. 3. 🙂 4. Did you end up watching any of those movies? I really want to see American Hustle but it looks like I’ll have to wait until it’s in theaters because absolutely no one I know wants to see it with me.

  2. Hey that’s my cake! 🙂 Thanks for sharing the link. That hobbit/smaug video is hilarious and I always love when you share links because you have all these great posts I never would have found.

    • Haha. That happens to me too during this link love posts, especially Bean Bytes with The Lean Green Bean. Sometimes I’ll go back days later because I got distracted during one of the articles I was reading. Andrew Garfield is definitely swoon-worthy.

    • Haha. That article seems really out of place up there with everything else, but I thought the logic was pretty fascinating. And the idea that in a sense unicorns really “did” exist gave me a weird sort of happiness/satisfaction. How is the HP series going? Are you still reading them? (If I remember correctly…)
