Questions for you:
What is your weekly Food for the… Mind, Belly, Eyes, and Soul?
What are you thoughts on some of these articles? Some are just for fun, but a lot this week are kind of deep. They left me with a lot to think about, both good and bad.
What are your plans for the weekend?
Thanks for the link Madison! Some fab others here, lots of bookmarks for me 🙂
Of course! Your cake sounds marvelous 🙂 And tell me what you think if you get to reading any of the posts I linked to.
Thanks for the link love M! You da besssst 🙂
I had to debate between your chicken recipe or the blondies, but of course dessert won 🙂
I do love posts like this – so many great links, recipes, advise, MOVIE news (I love movies) 😀 Have a great weekend, Madison!
I couldn’t forget movie trailers. I think the Spider Man 2 trailer was my favorite of this whole lot because I hadn’t seen it yet. You have a great weekend too Anna 🙂
Thank you so much for including me. I love this “food for the mind!” Super awesome.
Thank YOU for the wonderful blog posts. I love your blog.
Thanks for the link love Madison!!! Have an awesome weekend! 🙂
Of course! I hope you had a great weekend too Holly 🙂
Love that you included Jason’s free skate from nationals this week 🙂 He was amazing and should be awesome to watch grow and develop over the next few years!
He really was amazing. I couldn’t help but smile throughout the entire performance. I’m not sure I have ever seen someone skate with as much passion (or ability!) as him.
1) Chocolate Almond Microvwave Cake sounds AMAZING! Yum yum. 2) I noticed the Gosselin twins all grown up link – you HAVE to Google their interview on the Today Show from yesterday (if you haven’t already seen it!) SO AWKWARD!! 3) Enjoyed the ‘Comparison is the Thief of Joy’ post 🙂 4) Not sure of my plans for the weekend besides lunch with some family tomorrow afternoon. I really want to go see a movie too (Dallas Buyers Club, Saving Mr. Banks, American Hustle); I feel like there are so many great movies out right now!!
1. Yes, Sarah is a genius. 2. I watched that interview and I couldn’t believe how they acted! I honestly felt sorry for Kate. I couldn’t even finish. 3. 🙂 4. Did you end up watching any of those movies? I really want to see American Hustle but it looks like I’ll have to wait until it’s in theaters because absolutely no one I know wants to see it with me.
Hey that’s my cake! 🙂 Thanks for sharing the link. That hobbit/smaug video is hilarious and I always love when you share links because you have all these great posts I never would have found.
Yes it is! 🙂
I’m always worried that what I find interesting will bore other people, so that makes me happy to hear that you like the links!
Thank you so much for the link love! You’re too kind ❤
Thanks for the great post Jessie 🙂
I’ve already started reading the articles you suggested, but seriously, I got distracted over Andrew Garfield. Swoon!
Haha. That happens to me too during this link love posts, especially Bean Bytes with The Lean Green Bean. Sometimes I’ll go back days later because I got distracted during one of the articles I was reading. Andrew Garfield is definitely swoon-worthy.
You’ve posted such inspirational links. Thank you. They really did help. Ahh, those dog videos were adorable and now I’m hungry from looking at the recipes! xD
I’m glad to hear you say so! The “soul” posts always make me feel more inspired.
I love your titles on each section!! I always struggle in naming my link-love posts! Off to check out some of the articles!! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Amanda 🙂 I used to just lump dozens of links together but my need for organization soon changed that 😉
How dare they imply my unicorn is really nothing more than a rhino. I call shenanigans, although I forgive you because I love the book lovers conundrums.
Haha. That article seems really out of place up there with everything else, but I thought the logic was pretty fascinating. And the idea that in a sense unicorns really “did” exist gave me a weird sort of happiness/satisfaction. How is the HP series going? Are you still reading them? (If I remember correctly…)
Good memory. The first book is on my night standing, just waiting patiently for me to tear into it. I need to finish the fourth book in the Game of Thrones series first though, and I’m about 25% done. It’s very long, but HP is next in line.
I started the first Game of Thrones and am about 100 pages in. I haven’t had a chance to read it at all this week, but I’m loving it so far!
