I’m so glad to have found your blog! I’m currently doing the anti inflammatory diet and about to embark on the elimination diet to see what I’m sensitive to. My Dad is allergic to nightshades and corn too, so perhaps I’ll cook up some of your creations!
Hi Hannah! Seeing your comment makes me realize how behind I am on updating my recipe page… Whoops 😀
I love meeting other people in the same boat as me so thanks for commenting! I hope the anti inflammatory diet is working for you and you’re feeling better. Overall I think I’m better than before, but my doctor thinks that there is some hidden road block preventing me from progressing any further. “A Canary in a Coal Mine” I think she called me 😉 Hope you’re not like me where you react to everything! Haha. No fun.
I’d be really interested to hear how the elimination diet turns out. Best of luck! (Oh, and I’m glad that you’re back to updating your blog! I literally found it just when you were working on your application and had to take a break 🙂 Bad timing for me 🙂 )
haha really? My recipe page (and most of my blog) is out of date so I’ll be fixing it too. Glad to be back to posting!! And everything is working out- mostly dealing with skin issues and such, as well as poor digestion that causes rashes and eczema and such. I’m really missing tomatoes and peanut butter, so I’m hoping I’m not allergic like my Dad!
Best of luck to you too!
I just subscribed to your blog on bloglovin so I will get to see all of your updates!
Oh my yes. Peanut butter was one of the worst things to give up ever. Right now all that I can tolerate is vegetables and meat in soup, but I bet you can relate to that feeling of wanting to do anything to get better!
Oh my! I’ve just stumbled onto your blog, and I love it! Yay to Thursday morning discoveries! As you can see from my blog, I’m not intolerant to peanut butter and such, but I am somewhat intolerant to gluten, so I am LOVING your recipes! Thank you so so much! 🙂
I love blog discoveries 🙂 I’ll have to check out your blog too! Right now all of my new recipes will be gluten-free as well as grain-free (using almond/coconut flour). Sadly I can’t eat many of the food on this page right now because my allergies have gotten worse, but I hope that you can find something that works for you! They’re obviously quite simple as I was a college student with just a microwave 😀
